Local Law 33
As of 2020, all property owners subject to the benchmarking law (LL84 of 2009) will be required to display the energy grade of each building, in a clearly visible location. There are many ways to upgrade the energy grade and we are happy to help you achieve this for your building.
Local Law 97

Local Law 88
Local Law 88 requires buildings to upgrade the lighting in their common areas to energy efficient LED lighting by 2025.
Local Law 92 and 94
Local Law 92 & 94 require all new construction and major renovations must include a solar energy system that covers 100% of the roof (or the roof be covered with grass).
